摘　　要：以机械工程领域"装备再制造与资源循环利用"服务国家特殊需求专业学位研究生培养为例,分析专业学位研究生导师队伍结构特征与专业职业能力要素,阐述适应职业发展的"双师型"专业学位研究生师资队伍的发展路径。Taking the postgraduate education on the nation＇s special -need degree in mechanical engineering field ＂equipment remanufacturing and resource recycling＂ as an example, the structural characteristics of the postgraduate tutors and elements of their professional abilities are analyzed, and the development path on the ＂double- qualification＂ graduate faculty which is adapted to the needs of vocational development is elaborated.
