气韵所至,美之所存——《黄帝内经》“气”论的医学审美思想

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》以"气一元论"为哲学基础和逻辑起点,提出了以"气"为生命活力本原的审美思想,认为"气"创构了医学审美境界,构建了医学审美主体的审美心理,成就了作为医学审美客体"气——形——神"的独特的生命活力美感呈现范式,并为医学审美提供了实践指导。《黄帝内经》的气论美学观,有助于我们摆脱西方医学审美认知论和价值论的困扰,将生命活力美感作为医学审美的终极目标,让医学审美回归生命本体,具有巨大的研究价值。Based on the theory of monism of Qi, the Huangdi＇ s Inernal Classics propound the medicinal esthetic ideology with origin of intrabiotic being based on Qi. It consider Qi creat the realm of medicinal esthetic, structure the psychological structure of medicinal esthetic, give the unique show paradigm of aesthetic perception of vitali- ties- ＂Qi - Xing - Shen＂ to the object of medicinal esthetic, and provide the practical direction for medicinal esthetic. The Qi theory of the Huangdi＇ s Inernal Classics could help us to break away from obsession of epistemol- ogy and axiology of Western medicinal esthetic and regard substance of life as the ultimate aim of medicinal esthet- ic. It could make medicinal esthetic to return the substance of life, so it have the great research value.
