摘　　要：目的为了解全国乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源的现状。方法通过分析处理统计年鉴中2005—2012年关于乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源数量、结构、地域分布、质量状况的相关数据。结果发现近年来乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源在总量、医护比上均有改善,但仍存在核心人力资源不足、中部地区发展滞后、职称与学历结构不合理、床护比保持低水平等问题。结论需要把继续医学教育作为跳板,形成长效机制,鼓励乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员在上级医院、医学院校进行继续教育。在各地依托优势医学资源建设继续教育基地,进行有针对性的成人教育。既能提高专业技能,又能解决学历问题。Objective To understand the current situation of health human resources in township hospitals in china. Meth-ods To analyze the data of the 2005-2012 in the statistical yearbook, the number, structure, regional distribution and quali-ty of health human resources in township hospitals. Results The showed that the total number of health human resources in township hospitals in recent years, and the improvement of the medical and health care, but there are still the core human resources, the development of the central area, the structure of the title and academic background is irrational, and the ratio of the bed to maintain the low level and so on. Conclusion We need to continue medical education as a springboard to form a long-term mechanism, to encourage the township health center health technology personnel in the higher level hospitals, medical institutions for continuing education. Relying on the advantages of the advantages of medical resources to continue education base, to carry out targeted adult education. Can improve the professional skills, but also to solve the problem.
