清宫造办处成立若干问题新探

摘　　要：清宫造办处是清代重要的内廷制作单位.该文采用文献考证法,在梳理学界观点和档案的基础上,对清宫造办处的成立背景及时间、作坊及管理、匠役及交流等问题进行了详细考证.从建制化的角度看,康熙二十八年(1689年)养心殿设立刷印"造办处"字样红票,标志着清宫造办处正式成立.其成立背景有两个:一为养心殿的御制传统,一为康熙皇帝的"西学"活动.清宫造办处从成立之初就身兼为帝王兴趣和帝王政治服务的双重任务.康熙朝清宫造办处在匠人管理、机构设置上都不甚完善,但帝王亲自督导和帝王对西方技术的兴趣是这一时期的特点.The Imperial Workshops is the important inner count production units in Qing dynasty. In this paper, some issues to the Imperial Workshops which are the background and the time, workshops and management, craftsmen and communication are analyzed by taking documentary study and basing on various viewpoints and archives. And we know that from the perspective of institution, the Imperial Workshops was established in 1689 . There are two backgrounds of the setting up of the Imperial Workshops： the one is the manufacture tradition for emperor are tokened in the Yangxin Hall; the other is some Western science and technology activities are hold by Kangxi emperor. It takes twofold task which serves for imperial interests and imperial politics in the beginning. Supervising by emperor personally and fantasying in western technology by emperor are most outstanding features.
