摘　　要：基于网络嵌入与企业业务转型的前期理论研究,本文选取中远船务作为研究案例,剖析企业网络资源在结构、关系和技术所组成的三维空间的嵌入路径,刻画我国海洋装备制造后发企业通过不断深化的嵌入性网络合作完成向海洋装备制造高级供应商业务转型的过程。本文的探索性案例研究从网络嵌入与企业转型的复合视角丰富了后发企业成长理论,为我国海洋装备制造企业的转型实践提供了借鉴。Based on the previous research results on network embedding and business transition, this paper conducts a case study of COSCO SHIPYARD to explore the embedding paths of enter- prise network resources into a three-dimensional space composed of structure, relationship, and technology, and thus depicts the business transition of offshore equipment building（OEB） late- comer enterprise to high level network supplier through the constant network embedding collabo- ration. This exploratory case study enriches the late-comer enterprises growth theory from a combined perspective of the network embedding and business transition, which offers positive im- plications for the transition practice of offshore equipment building enterprises.
