摘  要:目的了解山东省高校医学专业学生性行为和性态度状况,为开展性健康教育预防性疾病的传播,引导医学生健康成长提供理论依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对山东省6 000名医学生进行问卷调查。结果山东省医学专业大学生发生性行为的报告率为19.6%,一~四年级分别为5.4%,16.0%,22.0%,33.4%,随年级增长,性行为发生率逐渐增高(χ~2=36.109,P〈0.05)。接受调查的大学生普通缺乏生理知识和性知识,对避孕知识和性心理性技巧上有一定了解的大学生分别占38.4%和10.6%。同时,81.0%大学生对婚前性行为现象的认同已有不同程度的常态化,但随着年级的增长对所学性知识认知感低,模糊度高(χ~2=12.913,P〈0.05)。结论山东省医学生对性知识的了解相对匮乏,应结合当代大学生特点,加强性健康教育,寻求符合我国国情的大学生性健康教育模式。Objective To investigate sexual knowledge and attitudes among medical school students in Shandong and to provide scientific basis for sexual health education preventing disease transmission,and guiding healthy growth of medical school students.Methods With the self-designed questionnaire,an investigation was conducted among 6 000 students in Shandong.The investigation included access to sexual knowledge,sexual knowledge,current sexual education and their expectant sex education methods.Results The report rate of sexual behavior among medical students was 19.6%,increasing from 5.4% among freshmen to16.0%,33.4% and 33.4% in sophomore,junior and senior students.Happening rate of sex behavior gradually increased with grade(χ2= 36.109,P〈0.05).Students who participated in the survey generally lacked sexual knowledge.College students who understood contraceptive knowledge,psychological techniques to sosme extent accounted for 38.4% and 10.6%.On average,81.0% of college students today are much less restrictive.However,students had not get enough pertinent information on taught sex knowledge(χ2=12.913,P〈0.05).Conclusion College students in Shandong still lack sufficient information on contraception and homosexuality.There is urgent need for a compulsory course on sex education and promotion among college students.
