四川省流动儿童社会适应能力时间管理倾向与心理健康的关系

摘　　要：目的研究流动儿童时间管理倾向、社会适应能力与心理健康之间的关系,为探讨时间管理倾向对流动儿童社会适应能力和心理健康的影响提供参考。方法采取"青少年时间管理倾向量表(TMQ)""社会适应能力诊断量表(SAS)""中小学生心理健康测验量表(PSMH)",对518名中小学生进行调查。结果流动儿童的时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感得分低于非流动儿童(t值分别为-3.126,-2.874,-2.235,P值均<0.05);不同年级流动儿童时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感得分差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01),六年级学生和初一、初二之间差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。初二学生与六年级、初一之间PSMH得分差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。学生除时间价值感与心理健康水平之间相关无统计学意义外,时间管理倾向各维度与社会适应能力、时间管理倾向与心理健康水平、心理健康水平与社会适应能力之间的相关均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论流动儿童的时间管理倾向低于非流动儿童。提高时间管理倾向有助于提高流动儿童的社会适应能力,是帮助流动儿童更好适应新环境,进而提高心理健康水平的有效手段。Objective To investigate relationships among time management,social adaptation and mental health among floating children in Sichuan Province.Methods Adolescence Time Management Disposition（TMD）,Social Adjustment Scale（SAS）and Mental Health Assessment for Primary and Secondary Students（PSMH）were conducted among 518 children.Results The floating children’ s sense of time value,concept of time monitoring and sense of time efficacy were significantly lower than nonfloating children（t =-3.126,-2.874,-2.235,P〈0.01）,and significant difference was found in different grades.Floating children in grade 6 were significantly different from grade 7（P〈0.01）and grade 8（P〈0.01）.The grade differences in PSMH were marginal significant（P = 0.05）,with grade 8 being different with grade 6（P〈0.05）and grade 7（P〈0.01）.Except that the sense of time value was not significantly correlated to PSMH,the TMQ and its dimensions were significantly correlated to SAS and PSMH.Regression analysis showed that TMQ and SAS,TMQ and PSMH,PSMH and SAS were significantly linear correlated.Conclusion The time management tendency among floating children was significantly lower than non-floating children.Improving time management tendency among floating children contributes to the social adaption and mental health,and is effective in helping better adaptation to new environment.
