摘  要:目的探讨聚乙二醇滴眼液、普拉洛芬联合易贝眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效,为眼科临床联合用药方案治疗干眼症提供参考。方法选取我院2012年至2015年144例干眼症患者。通过应用聚乙二醇滴眼液、普拉洛芬联合易贝眼液不同组合治疗方法对相应A、B、C三个组别进行治疗,通过问卷调查、泪膜破裂时间、SchirmefsI试验、角膜荧光素染色评分等指标观察,并对实验结果进行统计分析。结果不同用药组合对普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇(A组),普拉洛芬联合易贝滴眼液(B组),聚乙二醇、普拉洛芬联合易贝滴眼液(C组)三组均有较好的疗效,总有效率79.17%。A、B、C三组患者治疗有效率分别为75.00%,68.75%,93.75%。三组治疗前后各指标差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论聚乙二醇、普拉洛芬联合易贝滴眼液用于治疗干眼症的疗效显著,能够有效提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of polyethylene glycol eye drops, pranoprofen combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)for the dry eye treatment and provide a reference for the ophthalmological combination drug therapy. Methods 144 cases of dry eyes collected from 2012 to 2015, which treated with different combination of polyethyleneglycol, pranoprofen and rhEGF eye drops. According the different combination methods, 144 cases were divided into A, B, C three groups. Questionnaires,tear breakup time, Schirmer's I test, corneal fluorescein staining score and other indicators were record and the results of treatment were also analyzed. Results The total effectiveness rate of all cases was about 79.17%. For pranoprofen combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops(A group), pranoprofen combined with rhEGF eye drops(B group), polyethylene glycol eye drops and pranoprofen plus rhEGF eye drops(C group), the effectiveness was 75. 00M, 68. 75%, 93. 75% separately. There was a significant difference in observed indicators between different groups(P^0.05). Conclusion Combination therapy of polyethylene glycol,pranoprofen and rhEGF eye drops can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of dry eye treatment.
