摘　　要：弱视是视觉发育异常的一种常见眼病，随着医学的不断发展，人们对弱视发病机制的探讨越来越深入。光学相干断层扫描（opticalcoherencetomography，OCT）是一种新兴眼科检查手段，具有安全无创伤，非接触性的优点，能够准确客观的显示视网膜结构。本文就近年来OCT技术在儿童弱视中的应用进行综述。Amblyopia is a common visual dysplasia eye disease. Along with the continuous development of medical science,people have more and more in-depth study on the mechanism of amblyopia. Optical coherence tomography is a new method for the examination of the new Department of Ophthalmology. It has the advantages of safety, no trauma, no contact, and can accurately and objectively display retinal structure. In this paPer,the application of OCT in children with amblvoDia is reviewed.
