摘　　要：眼肌麻痹性偏头痛儿童和青年多见，男性多于女性，多影响动眼神经，其次外展神经，滑车神经罕见．本病病因与多因素有关。一般皮质类固醇及血管扩张剂的应用缩短了疗程，中医药的应用巩固了疗效，而本文运用血管收缩剂治疗1例，效果甚好。Ophthalmoplegic migraine is mostly found in children and young people, and men more than women. OM affects oculomoter nervemore, then the outreach nerve, and rare on trochlearnerve. The etiology of OM is related tomultifle factors. The period of treatmentwas shortened because corticoid and vasodilator were applied, and the curative effectwas stable because the application of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper,we use vasoconstrictor in 1 case and the effect is very satisfied.
