摘  要:确定以水为溶剂提取黄芩苷的最佳工艺,测定黄芩苷的抗氧化活性。以黄芩为材料,分别用沸水煎煮、室温水煎煮、沸水超声、室温水超声与浸泡法提取黄芩苷,采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量;比较各工艺的差异。采用DPPH法测定提取物黄芩苷的抗氧化活性。不同提取方法所得黄芩苷的多少依次为:沸水煎煮>沸水超声>室温水煎煮>室温水超声>浸泡法。不同方法所得黄芩苷的纯度分别为沸水煎煮82.86%、沸水超声76.82%、室温水煎煮72.01%、室温水超声22.43%、浸泡法4.44%。以抗坏血酸为参照,经DPPH法检测,不同工艺所得黄芩苷的IC50值由小到大为:沸水煎煮提取物<沸水超声提取物<常温水煎煮提取物<抗坏血酸<常温水超声提取物<浸泡法提取物。沸水煎煮提取所得黄芩苷的得率和含量最高,黄芩苷含量越高,对DPPH自由基清除能力越强。The extraction process of Baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was optimized in this paper with water as extraction solvent. The antioxidant activity of Baicalin was Determined. The Baicalin was extracted by boiling waterdecocting,ambient temperature water-decocting,boiling water-ultrasonic wave,ambient temperature water ultrasonic wave and soaking method. The content of Baicalin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. DPPH method was adopt to measure the anti oxidation activity of Baicalin. The extraction yield of Baicalin or der with different extraction process was :boiling water deeocting 〉boiling water ultrasonic wave〉 ambient tempera-ure water decocting )ambient temperature water-ultrasonic wave 〉soaking method. Separately the content of Baiealin in the extraction were 82.86 % by boiling water-deeocting, 76.82 % by boiling watePuhrasonic wave, 72.01 %by ambi ent temperature water-decocting,22.43 %by ambient temperature water-ultrasonic wave and 4.44 % by soaking meth od. The antioxidant activity in descending order based on the value of IC50 was: boiling water-decocting 〈boillng water-ultrasonic wave〈 ambient tempeaure water-decocting 〈Vc〈ambient temperature water-ultrasonic wave 〈 soaking method. The best extraction technique was boiling water-decocting for the highest extraction yield and the maxi mum content; the higher the content of Baicalin,the stronger the DPPH free radical scavenging capacity.
