摘　　要：本文主要给出L-R Hom-smash积成为monoidal Hom-双代数的充要条件以及L-R Hom-smash积的Maschke定理.In this paper, we introduce the concept of the L - R Horn-smash prod- uct for Hom-birnodule algebra and give a necessary and sunfficient condition for L - R Horn-smash products to be monoidal Hom-bialgebra （Hom-Hopf algebra）. Then, we give the Maschke theorem for the L - R Horn-smash product.
