912例新生儿疾病筛查不合格血样召回情况分析

摘　　要：目的总结广西地区新生儿疾病筛查中的不合格血样召回情况,为提高不合格血样的召回率提供依据。方法在2014年5月-2015年5月送至广西新生儿疾病筛查中心的新生儿疾病筛查血样中,对不符合《新生儿疾病筛查血样采集技术规范》等相关技术规范要求的血样即判定为不合格血样,电话召回血样不合格的新生儿。结果在接收的271 015例血样中,共检测出不合格血样912例,不合格率0.34%,其中召回837例,召回率为91.77%。结论各产院应采取措施提高采血合格率,同时加强对不合格血样的召回管理,提高不合格血样的召回率。Objective To summarize recall of unqualified blood samples in neonatal screening in Guangxi, provide a basis for improving the recall rate of unqualified blood samples. Methods Among the blood samples of neonatal screening from Guangxi Neonatal Screen- ing Center from May 2014 to May 2015, those not meeting the associated criteria were judged to be unqualified, the neonates whose blood samples were unqualified were recalled on telephone. Results Among 271 015 blood samples, 912 blood samples were unqualified, the rate was 0. 34%, 837 cases were recalled, the recall rate was 91.77%. Conclusion The maternity hospitals should take measures to improve qualified rate of blood collection, and the recall management of unqualified blood samples should be strengthened to improve qualified rate of recalled blood samples.
