摘 要:以废旧聚丙烯纤维作为基体材料,分别以废旧聚酯纤维、棉纤维、聚酯和棉的混合纤维作为增强纤维,通过热压成型的方法制成纤维板,研究了12mm以下纤维废料长度和成分的不同对纤维板拉伸、弯曲性能及吸水性能的影响。结果表明:废料长度及成分的不同,对纤维板的拉伸和弯曲性能都有较大影响;板材吸水率和吸水厚度膨胀率随纤维长度的增大没有明显变化,但因成分的不同有较大差距。Waste polypropylene fibers were used as matrix material,with waste polyester fiber,cotton fiber,blended fibers of polyester and cotton as reinforcing fiber respectively, the fiberboard was made by hot pressing method. The influence of the length and composition of fiber wastes on the tensile and flexural properties and water absorption of fiberboard fabricated by fibers with length less than 12mm was studied. The results showed that the difference of fiber length and composition had a significant influence on the tensile and flexural properties of fiberboard. The water absorption rate and thickness swelling rate had no abvious change with the increase of fiber length,but had quite different with different composition.
