摘 要:采用白酒糟吸附剂对模拟印染废水中刚果红(CR)和孔雀石绿(MG)进行生物吸附处理。在染料初始质量浓度100mg/L、吸附时间80min的条件下,当刚果红废水初始pH=7.0,白酒糟投加量为2g/L时,白酒糟对刚果红的吸附率为96.94%;当孔雀石绿废水初始pH=9.0,白酒糟投加量4g/L时,白酒糟对孔雀石绿的吸附率为95.12%。动力学研究表明,白酒糟对两种染料的吸附过程均符合准二阶动力学方程,表明该吸附过程以化学吸附为主。使用Freundlich等温吸附方程可较好的拟合白酒糟对两种染料的吸附,说明该吸附是以多分子层吸附为主。Conge red and malachite green in the simulated dye wastewater were adsorbed using distillers' grains. Under the conditions of initial dye mass concentration 100mg/L and adsorption time 80 min, the adsorption rate of conge red was 96. 94% when the initial pH of conge red wastewater was 7.0 and the adsorbent dosage was 2g/L. The adsorption rate of malachite green was about 95.12% when the initial pH of malachite green wastewater was 9.0 and the adsorbent dosage was 4g/L. The kinetics results indicated that the adsorptions of distillers' grains accorded with the pseudo-secondorder kinctics equation,indicating that the adsorption process was dominated by multimolecular layer adsorption. Freundlich model can fitly describe the two adsorptions.
