摘  要:目的分析树脂型和玻璃离子型两种窝沟封闭剂对第一恒磨牙的防龋效果。方法以2013年3月~2014年3月在我院进行预防龋齿治疗的患儿180例为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例,观察组使用树脂型窝沟封闭剂,对照组使用玻璃离子型窝沟封闭剂防龋,所有患儿随访1年,观察两组患儿第一恒磨牙的防龋效果。结果两组患儿治疗6个月及1年时封闭剂保留率逐渐下降,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);患龋率呈上升趋势,但两种方法之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组患儿满意度比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论树脂型和玻璃离子型窝沟封闭剂均能有效改善患儿龋病的情况,但两种方法的成本和治疗程度不同,可根据患儿的具体情况选择不同的治疗方法。Objective To analyze the caries preventive effect of resin-based and glass ionomer pit and fissure sealant on the first permanent molar. Methods Selected 180 children treated with prevention of dental caries from Mar 2013 to Mar 2014 in our hospital, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 90 cases in each group. Patients in observation group used resin-based pit and fissure sealant, and patients in control group used glass ionomer pit and fissure sealant for prevention of dental caries, all children were followed up for one year, the caries preventive effect was ob- served in the two groups. Results The retention rate of sealant decreased and dental caries prevalence rate increased at 6 months and one year after treatment in the two groups, but the difference had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in patient satisfaction between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Resin-based and glass ionomer pit and fissure sealant can effectively improve the situation of the patients with dental caries, but the cost and treatment degree of the two methods are different, different treatment should be chosen according to the patient's specific situation.
