紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂在宫颈癌新辅助化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂在宫颈癌新辅助化疗中的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法选择2012年1月～2014年12月因宫颈鳞癌（Ⅰb1～Ⅱa期）于我院就诊的患者40例,其中给予紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂化疗2个周期20例（观察组）,给予紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗2个周期20例（对照组）,观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果观察组化疗有效率高于对照组,副反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对早期宫颈癌患者术前采用紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂方案化疗,疗效较好,副作用可以耐受。Objective To observe the short term efficacy and toxicity of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in neoadjuvant chemotherapy of cervical cancer. Methods Selected 40 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma （ Ⅰ bl～ Ⅱ a） from Jan 2012 to Dec 2014 in our hospital,20 cases were treated with 2 cycles of paclitaxel liposome combined with eisplatin chemotherapy （observation group）, 20 cases were treated with 2 cycles of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy （con- trol group） ,compared the curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The response rate to chemotherapy was higher and the adverse reactions were less in observation group than in control group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of paelitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin chemotherapy treating for the early stage of cervical cancer is good, and the side effects can be tolerated.
