摘　　要：青少年思想道德建设历来是党和国家十分重视的工作,在社会环境、经济发展、精神文明建设和青少年精神需求呈现出新常态的形势下,青少年思想道德建设面临更大的困难与挑战。为适应各种变化,需要对青少年思想道德建设的教育理念、教育内容、教育方法和教育载体等方面进行创新与发展,从而构建出属于青少年思想道德建设的新常态。Ideological and moral construction of youngsters has been given great concern by the country and the Party. Under the new situation of social environment, economic develop- ment, spiritual civilization construction, and new spiritual needs of youngsters, the ideolog- ical and moral construction of youngsters is facing more difficulties and greater challenges. In order to adapt to the new changes, it is necessary to innovate and develop the education con- cept, education content, and education methods, etc, so as to form the new situation of ideo- logical and moral construction of youngsters.
