正交试验优选肺感清合剂的工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:建立测定肺感清合剂中黄芩苷的含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,并优选肺感清合剂提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:以黄芩苷的含量作为考察指标,应用HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量,以提取时间、提取次数、提取水量、醇沉浓度为影响因素,选用L9(34)表进行正交实验。结果:肺感清的最佳提取条件为每次提取0.5h,提取3次,10倍量水,醇沉浓度为50%。结论:优选工艺提取的合剂中黄芩苷含量最高,该优选工艺合理可行。Objective： To establish HPLC method for ture, and to optimize the extracting procedure of Feig evaluation indexes, and used HPLC to determine the spect factors such as times, time of extraction, wate Su Guiyu, Jiang Xia. （School of Pharmacy, Guangxi content determination of baicalin in Feiganqing Mixanqing Mixture. Methods： We used baicalin extract as content of baicalin. Orthogonal test was used to inr volume and alcohol-precipitation concentration. Resuits： We found that the optimal extraction condition was： extracting 3 times and 0. 5 h per extraction, adding 10 times of water, using alcohol-precipitation concentration of 50%. Conclusion： The optimum extracting procedure is scientific, reasonable and stable.
