摘　　要：为使专业硕士水平符合企业与社会需求,本文结合当前我国专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的问题,从政策、课程、师资、校企合作、质量评估等方面提出了几点对策与建议,以期为培养具备创新能力与实践能力的应用型、复合型、高层次轻工类人才提供借鉴与思路。In order to make the ability of professional degree masters meet the needs of enterprises and so ciety, combining with the problems existing in the education of professional degree postgraduates in Chi na, several proposals and suggestions from five aspects are put forward in this paper, such as policy, curriculum, teacher resources, school-enterprise cooperation and quality evaluation etc. It is expected that references and new ideas for cultivating applied and interdisciplinary talents of light industry with in novation and practical capability are provided.
