摘 要:工科是我国的第一大学科,专业技术性强,应用领域宽泛。有效地组织工科专业竞赛,对于营造创新教育的良好氛围、激发与培养学生的学习兴趣、提高学生的综合能力与素质具有重要作用。本文首先对近年来工科专业毕业生的就业情况做了简析,随之对我校学生参与全国大学生化工设计竞赛的情况做了简介,并对以此为代表的工科专业竞赛组织过程进行了全面回顾与总结,明确了在工科专业竞赛中"学生扮演主角"的指导思想。Engineering is the largest discipline in China, which has specialized skills and wide applica- tions. Meanwhile, engineering professional competition plays an important role in creating good atmos- phere for innovative education, stimulating and cultivating learning interest of students and improving their comprehensive ability ~ quality. This paper first analyzes briefly employment situation of engineer- ing graduates in recent years, then introduces the students of Shanghai University participating in Nation- al Undergraduate Chemical Engineering Design Competition, which can be representative of engineering competition, and then, a comprehensive review and summary has been made over the whole organizing process. On this basis, the guiding ideology of students playing a leading role has been defined.
