摘　　要：基于地方经济建设对于物流人才的需求。高职院校人才培养主要面向生产、流通、管理、服务第一线具备专业实践能力、良好职业素质的技能型人才。文中主要对高职物流人才培养的现状主因进行罗列,结合A职业技术学院为例分析存在的问题,提出在人才培养模式改革中的几点建议及思考。based on local economic development demand for logistics talent. In this paper, the present situation of the logistics personnel training in higher vocational colleges mainly to carry on the list, A vocational and technical college as an example analysis the existing problems and puts forward some Suggestions in the talent training mode reform and thinking.
