网络流行语扩散机制研究:三种视角及其整合

摘　　要：围绕网络流行语的扩散机制问题,语言学、网络社会学和空间社会学提出了各具特色的理论解释。语言学以网络流行语的符号特征为基础,借用模因论解释网络流行语的扩散,认为网络用语的强模因特征使网络流行语得以扩散;网络社会学以网络社会的匿名化特征为出发点,分析了网络信息的扁平化传播机制;空间社会学立足于网络语言的嵌入性总体特征,将个人空间和公共空间的切换视为网络流行语扩散的核心机制。这三种解释机制各有优势、互为补充,可以被整合成一个综合性的解释框架,其中空间切换机制为网络流行语的流行提供了基础性解释,模因论为网络流行语的扩散提供了"过滤机制"的解释,而扁平化传播机制为网络流行语的扩散提供了"平台"解释。As for the mechanisms of the widespread of Internet Catchwords,Linguistics,Network Sociology and Spatial Sociology have put forward different theoretical explanations. Linguistics takes the linguistic features of Internet Catch-words as the basis and employs Memetics to explain the widespread of Internet Catchwords. It considers ＂ strong memes＂as the mechanism for the widespread of Internet Catchwords. Network Sociology starts from the ＂ anonymousness＂ of Net-work society and considers the flattened spreading mechanism as the explanation to the widespread of Internet Catchwords. Spatial Sociology starts from the ＂ embeddedness ＂ of Internet Catchword and considers switch of Catchword between individual space and public space as the core explanation mechanism. These three mechanisms have their own advantages and disadvantages,and they can be integrated into a synthetic framework,in which switch of Catchword between individual space and public space provides fundamental explanation for the widespread of the Internet Catchwords while Memetics plays the role of ＂ filter mechanism＂ and the flattened spreading mechanism provides the platform.
