摘　　要：轻罪刑事政策在我国刑法当中对轻罪的定罪、量刑、行刑方面具有指导性的作用。收买被拐卖儿童罪属于轻罪,对该罪的修改应当在轻罪刑事政策的指导下,以拆分收买被拐卖妇女、儿童罪为中心,以收买者获取来源、收买者获取方式为区分为切入点,通过提高自由刑和增设财产刑及其他非刑罚措施的设置为手段,结合刑罚个别化,从而完善我国的收买被拐卖儿童罪。Criminal Policy of minor offense has directive effects in conviction, sentencing and penalty execution in our Criminal Law. The crime of buying abducted children falls in minor offense which guided by the policy of minor offense and centering on separating the offense of buying abducted women and children, the amendment of this offense shall combine with penalty individualization to perfect the crime ofbuying abducted children punishment in our and ways of purchaser as the distinction and penalty and adding property punishment and country by taking the obtainin entry ~point and by increasing other non-penalty punishment. g source freedom
