摘　　要：本研究以武汉体育学院体育科技学院2013、2014级运动康复专业学生为研究对象。对该专业学生对本专业的了解及满意度、自我定位及就业信心度、自我兴趣了解及优势认知、职业知识来源及职业规划、学习及就业能力培养途径等方面设计问卷进行调查,从学生自身角度出发进行研究,了解武汉体育学院体育科技学院运动康复专业的教育现状,探讨在人才培养上的优势及不足,为当下严峻的就业压力下探索出具有较强实践性的人才培养模式提供思路。Taking 2013 and 2014 grade students of sports rehabilitation specialty in Sport Science ＆ Technology Institute of Wuhan University of Sport as the research objects, this article has a questionnaire about the understanding and satisfaction of the specialty, self orientation and employment confidence, advantages understanding of himself, occupation planning and sources of occupational knowledge to know about the present teaching situation of sports rehabilitation specialty in Sport Science ＆ Technology Institute of Wuhan University of Sport from student＇ s view. It explores the advantages and disadvantages of the talent teaching mode, so as to provide ideas for finding a strong practical talents teaching mode.
