摘　　要：针对荆门生态气候特点,开展对优质稻储藏技术应用研究,延缓优质稻品质下降速度,提出优质稻安全储粮工艺并在高大平房仓中实施,跟踪检测优质稻的各项品质指标,探明优质稻的品质变化规律。Aiming at the characteristics of the ecological climate in Jingmen, to carry out of high quality rice storage technology research and application, delaying the decline in the quality of high quality rice rate, proposed high-quality rice safe grain storage technology in large warehouse implementation, tracking the quality indicators of detection of high-quality rice, proved the change law of quality of high quality rice.
