摘　　要：米粉在世界各地有悠久的历史和广阔的市场,从而使机械化生产程度逐步提高,并指出食用方便化的趋势和对策。顺应米粉的发展趋势,提出了笔者的建议。rice around the world has a long history and a broad market, so that the degree of mechanization production gradually increase, and points out the trend of the consumption of dictionaries and countermeasures.
