摘  要:目的以CT—MRI图像融合技术为例,探讨医学图像融合技术在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用效果。方法整群选取该院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的前列腺癌症患者50例,进行CT、MRI扫描,通过图像融合技术,比较CT图像与融合图像确定的靶区体积与照射剂量。结果 CT图像勾画的肿瘤体积为72.45 cm^3,采用CT-MRI融合图像勾画的肿瘤体积为51.12 cm^3,CT-MRI融合图像确定的肿瘤靶细胞范围更加精准。对膀胱及直肠的照射剂量进行计算,融合图像最小照射剂量与最大照射剂量均小于CT图像,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT—MRI图像融合技术在放疗靶细胞勾画上区域准确,相比于一种CT图像勾画可减少放疗剂量使用。医学图像融合技术在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of medical image fusion technology in cancer radiotherapy by take-ing CT-MRI image fusion technology as an example. Methods 50 patients with prostate cancer admitted to this hospital from January 2013 and January 2014 were included. They all underwent CT and MRI scanning. We compared CT image and fusion image in determining the target volume and radiation dose. Results The tumor volume was 72.45cm3 on the CT image and 51.12cm3 on the CT-MRI fusion image, and the area of target tumour cells determined by the CT-MRI fusion image was precise than that determined by CT image. Calculation results of dose of radiation to the bladder and rectum showed that the minimum radiation dose and maximum radiation dose of the fusion image were both smaller than that of the CT image, and the difference was statistically significant,(P〈0.05). Conclusion CT-MRI image fusion technology can accu-rately outline the area of target tumour cells, and compared with CT image, it needs lower radiotherapy dose. Medical image fusion technology can be applied in cancer radiotherapy.
