配镜联合遮盖及精细训练法治疗屈光不正性弱视的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析配镜联合遮盖及精细训练法在屈光不正性弱视患者中的临床医疗效果。方法随机选择2014年2月—2015年2月该院诊治的120例屈光不正性弱视患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组、B组、C组各40例。其中A组采用配镜联合遮盖治疗,B组采用精细训练法康复治疗,C组采用常规治疗,分析与研究试验对象的临床医疗情况。结果治疗总有效率A组为95.0%,B组为92.5%,C组75.0%,可以看出A组和B组之间差异无统计学意义,都具有明显优势,A组与C组以及B组与C组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论配镜联合遮盖及精细训练法在屈光不正性弱视患者中具有很好的临床医疗效果。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of optometric methods combined with occlusion therapy and fine training in the treatment of patients with ametropic amblyopia. Methods 120 patients with ametropic am-blyopia admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were included in this study, and they were divided randomly into group A, group B and group C with 40 in each one. The group A was treated with optometric methods com-bined with occlusion therapy, the group B was treated with rehabilitation therapy through fine training, and the group C used conventional therapy. The clinical curative effect of the patients included in this study was analyzed and studied. Re-sults The total curative rate was 95.0% in group A, 92.5% in group B and 75.0% in group C, which showed that there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B, but that both group A and group B were superior to group C with statistically significant differences, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of both optometric methods combined with occlusion therapy and fine training in the treatment of patients with ametropic amblyopia are very good.
