手术联合醒脑静注射液治疗对高血压脑出血患者神经功能恢复和日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨手术联合醒脑静注射液治疗对高血压脑出血患者神经功能恢复和日常生活能力的影响。方法整群选取2014年3月—2015年1月在该院接受治疗的高血压脑出血患者87例,根据治疗方案分为试验组(n=45)和对照组(n=42),对照组患者采取微创穿刺引流术治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予醒脑静注射液。观察并比较两组患者治疗后脑水肿消退情况、神经功能缺损情况及日常生活能力恢复情况。结果治疗2周后,试验组患者脑水肿体积明显小于对照组,神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,试验组日常生活能力(ADL)评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术联合醒脑静注射液治疗高血压脑出血,可有效缩小脑水肿,促进神经功能和日常生活能力的恢复。Objective To study the effect of surgical operation combined with Xingnaojing injection treatment for hyperten-sive cerebral hemorrhage on neurological recovery and daily life ability. Methods 87 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who received treatment in the hospital from March 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided in-to experimental group （n = 45） and control group （n = 42）according to the treatment plan, the control group were treated by minimally invasive puncture and drainage while the experimental group were treated with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group. The situation of cerebral edema, nerve function defect and recovery of daily living ability of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After two weeks of treatment, the volume of brain edema in the experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group, the neurological function defect score was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differences werestatistically significant （P〈0.05）;After three months of treatment, the dai-ly life ability （ADL） score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Con-clusion Surgery combined with Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can reduce brain edema and promote the recovery of neurological function and daily living skills.
