摘　　要：文章从高职教育集团化办学的类型、特点和作用出发,结合广西水电行业职教集团的办学实践和所取得的成效,就职业集团化办学的有效模式、运行机制和保障、校企合作、资源共享共建等问题进行了分析与研究。This article embarks from the type, the characteristic and the function of the higher vocational education group, combining the practice and achievements of Guangxi Hydropower Industry Vocational Education Group, analyzes and studies the effective model, operation mechanism and security, school enterprise cooperation, resources and mutual construction of vocational group education.
