摘 要:副车架衬套是连接副车架到车身的弹性元件,其压出力为关键性能之一。在某新车型副车架衬套的开发过程中,借助DFSS方法,考虑制造过程中噪声因素,优化设计副车架衬套和副车架套筒,并做压出力实验。实验结果表明:该优化设计满足压出力要求,并且有质量和经济性收益。通过DFSS分析,还提取了对副车架衬套压出力有影响的关键设计参数,对今后副车架衬套压出力调试具有重要的指导意义。Cradle mount connects cradle to body, and the push-out force is one of its key performances. In the development of the cradle mount of a new vehicle, the design for six sigma (DFSS) method was employed, and the noise in manufacture process was taken into consid- eration, then optimization for structure design of cradle mount was performed. Test results show that the design meets the requirement and has advantages in weight and cost. The main design parameters which affect push-out force, are illustrated based on DFSS analysis. It has instruc- tivemeaning to future cradle mount development and debugging.
