体育院系术科教师技术教学课综合评价体系的研究

摘  要:建立体育院系术科教师教学工作综合评价体系,是实现教学管理工作科学化、民主化的重要措施。文章拟对体育院系体育教育专业术科教师的技术教学,从建立综合评价体系的指导思想、评价原则、评价内容及评价方法等方面做了初步的探索。通过专家访问及对新旧教学评价方法的对比实验研究,得出教学评价应由评价教师的表现逐渐向学生的表现转移;由教学过程向教学效果转移;由单一的技术教学向教书育人转移;由以传授知识、技术为主,向培养学生能力和创造性思维转移。To establish the comprehensive valuation system of sports teachers' teaching process in colleges or departments of physical education is an important measure of realizing scientific and democratic administration of teaching. I he purpose of the study is to research the technical teaching of the sports teachers initially in the guiding ideas, principles, contents and methods of the comprehensive valuation system. Through the investigation to the experts and the experiment of comparing new evaluating method of teaching with old one. It is put forward in the study that the valuation of teaching should transfer gradually from evaluating a teacher's behavior to students' behaviors, from evaluating teaching process to teaching effect, from evaluating the single teaching skill to education and cultivation, from e-valuating the imparting of knowledge and technical skdls to the cultivation of creative thinking and abilities of students.
