摘　　要：目的总结毛母质瘤疾病的临床病理特征。方法收集诊治的5例毛母质瘤的资料并复习相关文献,分析疾病的临床表现和病理特征。结果毛母质瘤表现多样,可伴或不伴表皮改变,表现为经典型、伴发表皮囊肿型、穿通型、水疱型、恶性毛母质瘤。结论毛母质瘤临床病理表现多样,组织病理是其诊断金标准。Objective To summarize the clinicopatholical features of pilomatricoma disease. Methods We collected 5patients with pilomatricoma,reviewed documents and analyzed the clinicopathological manisfestations.Results Pilomatricoma presented with diversified features with / without epidermal changes including classical,accompany with cyst,perforated,bullous and malignant pilomatricoma. Conclusion Pilomatricoma presents with diversified clinicopathological features and pathologic examination is the golden diagnostic standard.
