摘 要:教育部实施的"2011计划"明确指出要积极建立校企协同创新联盟,实现应用型人才培养。以培养应用型人才为目标,分析给排水专业校企协同创新体系存在的问题及原因,研究校企协同创新培养给排水专业应用型人才有效对策。目的是在"协同创新"思想指导下,积极联合政校企等多方面的支持,构建多维支持结构,形成高校特色的协同模型和策略,不断提升人才培养的创新能力和实践能力。The " 2011 plan" made by the Ministry of education clearly pointed out that we should actively establish the enterprise cooperative innovation alliance,and realize the training of applied talents. Taking cultivate applied talents as the goal,the problems and reasons of the school enterprise collaborative innovation for the enterprises water supply and drainage specialty were analyzed,and the effective countermeasures of the water supply and drainage specialty applied talents were studied. The aim was to construct a multi support structure,which was to support the cooperation of the government and enterprises,to form the collaborative model and strategy of the university characteristics,and to improve the innovative ability and practical ability of the personnel training.
