摘　　要：培养具有国际视野一线工程师的应用技术人才需要进一步完善人才培养体系,优化课程设置。根据应用型高分子材料类人才培养模式、结合"建筑涂料树脂合成工艺"多年教学实践,着重探讨了教材选用、教学内容设置、教学方法、多媒体教学、理论与实践结合、校企结合以及信息教学平台建设等授课内容及教学方法等诸方面实施的改革情况。The development of applied technology talents with an international vision agent needs to refine further the personnel training system,and optimize the program settings. The paper,based on the talent cultivation mode in Synthetic Resins Processing Technology for Architectural Coatings,and teaching practice over the years,examination mode related to the reform on this course was focused on,such as ways of teaching materials,setting of teaching content chosen,teaching methods,multi-media teaching,combination of theory and practice,and information industry-university education platform,and so on.
