独立学院《药物化学》实践教学改革的探索

摘　　要：针对独立学院高素质应用型人才的培养目标,为了提高学生的创新素质、应用能力和岗位技能,我们在《药物化学》实践教学中,以磺胺类药物合成为例,对独立学院《药物化学》的实践教学进行了改革和探索;将计算机辅助药物设计引入《药物化学》实践教学中,将化学合成与质量检测、生物效价检测相结合,同时还开展了实践基地的实训。通过以上实践,提高了学生的培养质量,促进了学生的成长成才。Aiming to cultivate students of independent college with practical abilities,and to improve their innovative quality,application ability and job skills,exploration was performed on practical education innovation of Pharmaceutical Chemistry based on the sulfa drug synthesis. The computer aided drug design,chemical synthesis combined with quality inspection and biological effect testing,and professional training in practice bases were integrated into the practice teaching. Through the above practices,the qualities of students were improved,and their abilities were promoted.
