摘　　要：医学化学是医科院校为护理专业开设的一门公共基础课程。由于独立医科院校规模扩招,学生生源素质整体下降,导致该门课程的教学效果一直不理想;学生出现对该课程缺乏热情和兴趣并严重影响其后续课程的学习。为此,我们结合多年的教学实际情况,从学生本身、教师以及教学情况深入剖析其原因,并根据存在的问题提出相应对策,激发学生的学习热情,培养学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂的教学效果。Medical Chemistry is a very important basic course for nursing in medical college. Due to the enrollment expansion of independent medical college,the quality of students was deteriorated and the teaching for this course was not efficient. Students appeared to have a lack of enthusiasm and interest in the course,which seriously affected the follow-up course of learning. Therefore,combined with many years of teaching practice,its reason from students,teachers and teaching was deeply analyzed. According to the existing problems,some corresponding advice was put forward,and hope it can stimulate students＇ learning enthusiasm,cultivate the students＇ interest in learning,and improve the classroom teaching effect.
