摘　　要：在创业、创新实践大潮中,大学生应树立正确的创新创业观,正确看待创新创业活动;在创新创业过程中集中分析、把握创新主体、注重团队协作、创新素质及能力、时间保障、创新环境、各级部门重视以及其他因素等创新创业成功的诸多关键因素;应学会将创新成果转化,在条件成熟时进行创业。最后对成果认定与估值、转化的条件与程序、转化的实施与深度等问题进行了阐述与分析。In entrepreneurship and innovation,college students should set up a correct view of innovation and entrepreneurship,correctly focus on innovation and entrepreneurship,focus on the key factors in the success of the transformation,such as team cooperation,innovation,quality and ability,time guarantee,innovation environment,as well as other factors. It was supposed to learn to innovate the achievement to transform,when conditions were ripe will carried on the entrepreneurship. Finally,some issues,such as the achievement recognized with the estimate value,transformed conditions and procedures,transformed implementation and depth,were elaborated and the analyzed.
