摘　　要：一项水利工程的建设会对河段内的浮游生物、底栖生物、水生植物、洄游鱼类及珍稀生物的产生较大的影响,同时也是环境保护提出的重要研究课题。文章以吉林省老龙口水利枢纽工程为例,通过水库蓄水后各种水生动植物的年度监测数据的整理及分析对比,初步探讨了工程建设所带来的影响,为环境保护的实施提供了必要的参考。The construction of a water conservancy project of river plankton, benthos,aquatic plants,fish mi- gration and rare creatures produce great influence ,is also an important research topic proposed by the envi- ronmental protection.This paper taking Laolongkou water conservancy project in Jilin Province as an example, through after the impounding of the reservoir in a variety of aquatic animal plant annual monitoring data collation and analysis and comparison, a preliminary study of the influence brought by the construction project, provide the necessary reference for the implementation of environmental protection.
