摘 要:以上海市1296名初中学生为样本来源,进行青少年体育锻炼社会支持量表、自我效能量表以及满意度量表的测试,运用层次回归分析和结构方程模型拟合的方法对三者之间的关系进行检验。研究发现:家长对青少年体育锻炼行为的支持与否,不会影响到其参加锻炼的自我效能和满意度,而同伴和学校对其锻炼行为的支持度越高,则越容易激发青少年克服障碍参加体育活动的信念,从而提高青少年对参加体育锻炼效果的满意程度,也就是说,同伴和学校的支持行为对于青少年体育锻炼满意度的影响,是通过自我效能这一中介变量实现的。建议:有效运用青少年外在环境的社会支持系统提升自我效能进而影响其体育锻炼的满意度,形成一个正向的循环机制,从而促进青少年体育锻炼习惯的养成。The study chose 1296 junior school students in Shanghai as the subjects. The social support scale, self-efficacy scale and satisfaction scale for physical activity of the youth were tested. Hierarchical regression analysis and structural e- quation model were used to prove the relationship between them. The results showed that peer support and school support of youth physical activity had a significant positive effect on self-efficacy and satisfaction, but family support had no signif- icant influence on them. Self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, and played a partial mediation role between peer support, school support and satisfaction. This paper suggested that the external social support system could be used to enhance self-efficacy and physical activity satisfaction and form a positive cycle mechanism, so as to promote the forming of youth physical activity habits.
