摘　　要：短生命周期产品更新快,不确定性强,风险高,如何应对这些挑战进行供应链设计,快速响应客户的需求显得尤为重要。目前的文献研究主要是针对导入期、成长期和成熟期的产品,而对于衰退期的供应链设计较为缺失。文章通过分析短生命周期产品在衰退期的特点,探讨其供应链风险,建立多目标供应商选择模型,分析不同库存控制策略,为其供应链设计提供了参考建议。Short life cycle products are characterized by quick update, strong uncertainty and high risk. How to deal with these challenges in supply chain design, rapid response to customer demand is particularly important. The current literature is mainly aimed at introduction, growth and maturity of the product, but for the design of the declining period of the supply chain is more lack. This paper analyzing the features in a declining period of the short life cycle products, explore the supply chain risk, de- velops a multi-objective supplier selection model, analyze different inventory control strategy, and provide some reference proposal to its supply chain design.
