摘　　要：大学教育既要传授专业的基础理论和专业知识,也要培养学生的各种能力和综合素质,尤其是要培养学生的学习能力。近年来,物流业的快速发展和转型升级对物流人才形成了巨大需求,亟需培养高质量的物流管理专业人才。For College education,it is not only necessary to teach the basic theory and professional knowledge,but also to train students＇ overall abilities and quality, especially their learning ability. In recent years, the rapid development, transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry have caused a huge demand for logistics talents, as well as an urgent need to cultivate high -quality management professionals.
