计划行为理论视阈下出版人才持续专业发展研究

摘　　要：伴随着出版业数字化和网络化的发展,催生了新技术经济范式。该范式对出版人才的专业化程度提出了更高的要求。持续专业发展一直被理论界认为是专业化有效手段。作为一种提高个体品质、知识、理解力、技能的反思性活动,出版人才需要走向持续专业发展,很有必要挖掘出"行为与态度"之间的关系。因此,引入较为经典的社会心理学理论——计划行为理论,探讨出版人才持续专业发展态度要素与行为之间的关系,并提出发挥专业性学习型组织的促进作用,正确处理社会角色之间的关系,培养出版人才积极的CPD态度,建立反思性专业发展模式等相关的对策。The continuous development of publishing industry in the digital and network path has caused the formation of a new technological and economic paradigm, thus presenting a higher requirement for the paradigm of publishing talent＇ s specialization degree. Sustainable professional development has been theoretically consid- ered as a professional and effective means. As a reflection activity to improve the individual quality, knowledge, understanding, skills, publishers need to continue professional development, and to dig out the ＂relationship be- tween behavior and attitude＂. Therefore, the paper introduces a more classic social psychology theory--the theo- ry of planned behavior to explore the relationship between publishers＇ sustainable professional development and their behavior. It also touches upon such issues as role professional learning organization publishers＇ positive CPD attitude, and strategies of reflective professional development model.
