摘　　要：高校学生社区治理是在以高校学生公寓为中心形成的特定区域内,由高校和学生共同管理公共事务,不断协调高校教育目标和学生学习目标的过程。从"学生管理"到"高校学生社区治理",高等教育发展遵循着一条社会观念发展、教育理念发展、教育实践发展的逻辑主线。高校学生社区治理既是学生管理手段的变化,也是教育理念乃至社会价值观念的深层次变革,是我国社会改革进入到深水区的一个折射。Cooperative governance in university student communities means universities and students cooperatively govern public business, constantlyadjusting between university education goals and student study goals in the university student apartments. From student governance to cooperative governance, university education develops along the logic track of social ideology development, education theory development and education practice development. Cooperative governance in university student communitiesreflects the adjustment of student administration approaches. It also means anin-depth reform from education ideology to social values, exemplifying a step forward towards a higher-plane of the Chinese social reforms.
