摘　　要：通过介绍降本增效的工作背景、实现意义、实施方案、实施效果,为中国电信某公司的运营管理提出针对性、可操作的实施建议和策略。The cost efficiency of work background, relization significance, implementation plan and effect were described. Then the targeted, actionable implementation of the recommendations and strategies were put forward for operational management of a company in China telecom.
