摘　　要：目的观察大接经从阳引阴针刺法对脑梗死偏瘫痉挛肌张力的影响。方法 2010年~2014年哈尔滨市第二医院康复科住院的脑梗死患者82例按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用传统针刺方法,观察组采用大接经从阳引阴针刺方法。连续治疗2周。分别采用改良Ashworth量表（MAS）、临床痉挛指数（CSI）、Fugl-Meyer评定法（FMA）和Barthel指数（BI）评价痉挛疗效、肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力。结果治疗后观察组MAS评分低于对照组（t=2.212,P=0.030）,CSI评分低于对照组（t=2.514,P=0.014）,FMA评分显著高于对照组（t=4.288,P〈0.001）,BI评分明显高于对照组（t=2.970,P=0.004）。结论大接经从阳引阴针刺法可以降低偏瘫肢体肌张力,改善肢体运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力。Objective To observe the effect of connect meridians inducing Yin from ＂fang on muscle-tension after cerebral infarction. Methods 82 patients with cerebral infarction in Second Hospital of Harbin from 2010 to 2014 were divided into observation group （n=41） and control group （n=41） according to hospitalization order. The observation group accepted acupuncture of connecting meridians inducing Yin from Yang, and the control group accepted the traditional acupuncture method for 2 weeks. The situation of spasticity, the motor limb function of limbs, and activities of daily living were evaIuated with modified Ashworth Scale （MAS）, Clinic Spasticity Index （CSI）, Fugl-Meyer Assessment （FMA） and Barthel index （BI）, respectively. Results Compared with the control group, the score of MAS decreased （t=2.212, P=0.030）, the score of CSI decreased （t=2.514, P=0.014）, the score of FMA increased （t=4.288, P〈0.001）, and the score of BI increased （t=-2.970, P=0.004） in the observation group after treatment. Conclusion The acupuncture of connecting meridians inducing Yin from ＂fang can reduce the muscle-tension of limbs, improve the motor function and increase the activities of daily living.
