摘  要:为进一步提高豫南黑猪的生长性能,在相同饲养条件下,利用杜洛克、巴克夏和苏太猪分别与豫南黑猪开展杂交试验。以纯繁豫南黑猪F1代为对照,比较3种杂交组合F1代(30~95 kg)的生长、胴体和体尺性状指标的杂交效果。结果显示,豫南黑猪的体尺性能最优(P〈0.05);巴豫猪的平均日增重和胴体屠宰率最高(P〈0.05),料重比最小、胴体左板油重最低(P〈0.05);杜豫猪的胴体瘦肉率、胴体直长、胴体斜长、肋骨数指标最高(P〈0.05),平均背膘厚最小(P〈0.05)。因此,豫南黑猪与巴克夏和杜洛克杂交可以提高豫南黑猪的生长性能。Yunan black pig has high meat quality and good flavor,but its growth performance needs to be analyzed and improved. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of growth,carcass and conformation traits of Yunan black pig and its three kinds of hybrids. We conducted hybridization investigations between American Duroc boar,Berkshire boar,Sutai sow and Yunan black pig while pure breeding of Yunan black pig was performed simultaneously under the same feeding condition. By setting pure breeding Yunan black pig as control,we measured growth,carcass and main conformation of these three sorts of F1 intercross populations. In view of the whole testing stage( 30 ~ 95 kg),Yunan black pig had the best conformation traits( P 0. 05). Bayu hybrid pig had the best growth performance indicators,called average daily gain( P 0. 05) and ratio of feeding to growth,and the lowest left-leaf weight( P 0. 05). Duyu hybrid pig had the best performance on main carcass traits such as lean meat percentage,average thickness of back fat,carcass length,carcass slant length and rib number( P 0. 05). So,the growth performance of Yunan black pig could be improved when intercrossed with Berkshire and Duroc boar.
