摘 要:研究了打桩船的结构强度问题。建立了打桩船桩架与其支撑结构的有限元模型,按照规范要求,考虑作业载荷、风力、倾斜载荷以及船舶运动状况下的动载荷,对桩架及桩架支撑结构在工作状态和放置状态进行结构强度数值模拟。同时,考虑打桩船的作业特性,针对起升状态下的桩架及桩架支撑结构的进行强度分析。结果显示作业状态及放置状态下结构强度满足规范要求,但是桩架的起升状态不满足规范要求,桩架结构及船体支撑结构出现了明显的高应力区域。因此,对于打桩船这类特殊作业的工程船,在进行结构规范设计及强度校核时需要针对整个作业流程进行强度分析,以保证作业的安全与可靠。论文研究对同类船舶的结构设计具有重要的参考价值。Strength of pile driving barge is studied. Finite element model of pile holder and supporting structure is built, and structure strength is simulated in different load cases according to the specification re- quirements, in which the loads include operation load, wind load, tilting load, and the dynamic load resulted from ship moving. What's more, thinking about the operation characteristic of pile driving barge, the strength of pile holder and supporting structure under lifting state is analyzed. Results show that structure strength of operation state and placement state meet the specifications, but structure strength of lifting state doesn't meet and high-stress phenomenon happens at pile holder and supporting structure. Such, during structure design and strength verification for working ship just as pile driving vessel, it is necessary to carry on strength analy- sis for different states around the whole working process to improve safety and reliability. The research is of great reference for structure design of the same type ship.
