摘 要:受资金、规模、经营理念等方面的限制,中小企业的发展阻碍重重,也正是这些限制性因素驱动了中小企业人力资源管理外包。中小企业人力资源管理外包过程中存在外包服务商选择风险、信息不对称风险、安全性风险和企业文化冲突风险,可通过合理选择外包商、加强内部沟通、完善企业信息系统防范风险。Due to constraints of funding, size, and management idea, the development of medium - sized and small enterprises has been greatly hampered, which drives the development of human resource management outsourcing. In the process of human resource management outsourcing, there are many problems such as the risk of selection direction of outsourcing service providers, asymmetric information risk, security risk and corporate culture conflict. We can prevent these risks through choosing reasonable outsourcing provid- ers, strengthening internal communication and improving the enterprise information system.
